Protein Pancakes!


Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • Large tablespoon full fat cream cheese
  • 3 scoops of protein powder
  • Splash of water

Whizz up all the ingredients. Heat a frying pan and add a small amount of coconut oil, pour small circles of the mixture and drop in some blueberries. 

Heat on medium heat and flip.

Serve with full fat Greek yogurt or cream.

These are chocolate, strawberry and banana protein powder also taste great!! We like USN Pure Protein.
