Keto Sundae!


I used Total full fat Greek yoghurt at the bottom followed by blueberries, pomegranate and 3 chunks of mango (keep mango to a minimum as the sugar content is higher than other fruits). You can use any of the low sugar fruits – blackberries, strawberries and raspberries would be perfect.  On top some more yoghurt and some of the choc and nut thins.
