Sweet Keto Waffles

Keto sweet waffles, with vanilla ice cream, berries, melted chocolate and chopped nuts

Switch on waffle maker to heat up. Whisk 2 egg whites til stiff, mix 170g fibreflour, 35g whey protein isolate, 30g granulated erythritol, 1 tsp cinnamon, stir in the 2 egg yolks, vanilla extract, 30g melted butter, 200ml unsweetened almond milk, fold in egg whites. 1 quarter is 82 cals, 2.5g carbs, 5.3g protein 3.4g fat.

Served with homemade Keto vanilla ice-cream, berries, melted chocolate and chopped nuts.
