Protein Pancakes!


Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • Large tablespoon full fat cream cheese
  • 3 scoops of protein powder
  • Splash of water or unsweetened almond/coconut milk

Whizz up all the ingredients. Heat a frying pan and add a small amount of coconut oil, pour small circles of the mixture.

Heat on medium heat and flip.

Serve with full fat Greek yogurt or cream.
