Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Delicious breakfast combo.

For scrambled eggs, 2 per person, stir in non-stick pan on medium heat, season with salt and pepper, when nearly cooked add a teaspoon of creme fraiche, stir in and serve.

Add grated cheese on top if you fancy.
