3oz melted unsalted butter
1oz melted coconut oil
1/2 cup Prewetts coarse oatmeal
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 tsp Pure Stevia Extract
Handful frozen blueberries
Handful chopped pecans
Chopped hazelnuts
2 large eggs
Melt butter and coconut oil. Warm blueberries. Mix all the dry ingredients, add fruit and nuts, mix egg and butter together and then add to the mixture. Stir well. Spread evenly over a non-stick baking tray.
Bake at 185 degrees for around 20 mins or until golden.
Great with a splash of cream or on its own as a snack.
