Keto Fish Fingers!

Mix almond flour, dried grated parmasan, small amount of fine oatmeal, salt, pepper and chives.

Melt coconut oil in a separate bowl.

Cut cod loin or salmon fillet into chunky strips, dip in coconut oil then in dry mix and lay on a non-stick baking tray.

Put in oven at 190 for 15 mins, or in the grill if you want to crispy them up a bit more.
