Choc n’ Nut Thins


Simmer a small amount of water in a pan then in a bowl melt Lindt 90% dark chocolate until smooth. 

Pour into a tin lined with baking paper. Scatter your toppings, I used pecans, hazelnuts and toasted almonds here.

Place in the fridge until set then remove and break into pieces.  

Eat as is or use to decorate a dessert.
