Fajitas, with Keto Wraps


Get wrap batter ready, use 4 eggs to 4oz of full fat cream cheese and half a teaspoon of cinamon.  Whiz with a hand blender into a smooth batter.

Chop red pepper, red onion into strips and lightly stir fry.

Chop chicken breast into good size strips.

Mix up your spices I like to use smoked, paprika, cumin, cajun and chilli, tip into a large freezer bag with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Put chicken into the bag and shake to evenly coat the chicken with the spice mix.

Put chicken on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.

Heat your frying pan and melt a knob of butter, then add your batter and start making your wraps.  I find by the time you have used up all the batter (4-6 depending on pan size) your chicken will be done, usually around 15-20 mins.

Serve with sliced avocado, lettuce and full fat creme fraiche.
