Garlic Flat Bread



1 cup ground almonds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tsp olive oil
2 large eggs

Mix all the ingredients together and spread thinly and evenly over a non-stick baking tray, bake in oven at 180 for 15-20 mins.

Cut into squares or strips to have with moussaka, or small squares for bilinis topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese or sun-dried tomatoes.

Or keep whole ready to add your toppings for your keto pizza.
