Keto Egg White Muffins

Egg white muffins with spinach cheese tomato

Egg white muffins, low cal, high protein. Super quick and easy to make.

Using a 12 hole non-stick muffin tray, line with a few spinach leaves, then add chopped tomatoes/chorizo/grated cheddar/olives/smoked salmon or whatever you fancy. Season and pour Two Chicks egg whites (500g carton) evenly into each hole.

Pop in pre-heated oven at 185 for about 15 mins or until the egg is cooked.
