Keto Spag Bol!


Make your fav mince, I like to add chestnut mushrooms, red onion, passata made from whizzing red peppers, tomato and garlic.

Flavour with paprika, low carb soy sauce, red wine.

Use spiraliser to get your carrot and courgette spaghetti style. Boil for 5 mins til soft.
