Strawberries & Cream Icecream!

Create a purée with 1 punnet of fresh strawberries with a blender.

Whip whipping cream until stiff add quarter teaspoon of pure Stevia powder, fold in purée, careful not to loose the volume of the cream.

You can add some vodka to help keep it more ‘soft scoop’ I find 3-4 tablespoons is fine.

Put in an airtight container in the freezer, I check it after around 4 hours and cut it into squares for easy serving.
